I'll be visiting in the US in a couple of days, and so I was thinking of buying a PS3/360 (already have a Wii :P).
360:
pros:
- Terrific library (Mass Effect, Ninja Gaiden 2 etc).
- 360 ports are usually better than their PS3 counterparts
- Terrific backwards compatibility (although most of my xbox1 games are PAL, so it's probably not worth much).
- Already have a spare 360 controller laying around (bought it for the PC).
cons:
- People are still reporting reliability issues. I can't RMA it either since MS isn't selling it over here (Israel). Is it still that bad?
- Marketplace is gimped if you're IP doesn't originate from the US.
PS3
pros:
- Decent library (LBP, Uncharted etc).
- Fair backwards compatibility. Never owned a PS2 and I'd REALLY like to play games like GoW & ICO.
- PSN supposedly works fine even when you use it from outside the US. It remains to be seen if it will stay like that.
- Region free.
- OtherOS.
cons:
- Will have to re-buy new controllers in a couple of months, due to the whole Immersion nonsense.
- Inferior ports.
- Can't RMA it either, but supposedly the hardware is much more reliable than it's 360 counterpart.
What should I do? :(

Which modes are fun? I've tried the "both teams rush to capture a point" style and "plant the bomb" style and neither really blew my skirt up. Is there a CTF mode or something other than glorified deathmatch?

I was laughing out loud when, at the end, they showed the kid killing people, blowing up the car...hahahah are you fucking serious!? Yeah I know, it was a metaphor or some shit for the REAL personality that was killing people. But when you want the audience to think that someone is the killer and you force them to believe it is Ray Liotta, by showing him kill the cop - then immediately at the end change everything around after the movie is pretty much over...you fucking suck as a writer. Also wtf with the personalities killing each other and Cusack and Liotta 'battling it out' at the end, then expect us to believe the kid truly, physically shoved a baseball bat down a convict's throat, and butchered a dude with a knife when he was standing right there... What the fuck. I can EASILY defeat an 8-yr old.
I'm mostly annoyed because the hot chick (the lovely Amanda Peet) had it great in the orange tree field, and he shows up and kills her. lame.

There is no end of fanciful characters. Star Wars, Marvel, Bratz, TMNT, and other product lines to be sure. Barbie promotes self-agrandizing glamor, Cinderella is bubble-universe escapism.
Where are the every day action figures like doctors, teachers, astronauts, firefighters, airline pilots, bank managers, computer programmers, librarians and farmers?
How are kids supposed to be impressed with the real world?

Ok, this is going to be random, but I'm consolidating two posts here:
1) Best place to buy offense equipment with 600k in ME?
2) You favorite roll that Gary Oldman has played?

Al Gore was on my United flight earlier tonight from LAX to SFO. Pretty crazy to see someone like that on a regular commercial plane... we got all sorts of special treatment from air traffic control and everything, which you can listen to on United if you understand the terminology/jargon... Pretty cool experience.

God, if you're up there, please let me see one living dinosaur before i die. I just need to see one. It doesn't have to be flying a f-15 or anything (but that would be awesome), i just want to see one walking around and eating shit. Please.

Bad: Hilariously easy, boring, and uninspired combat. Mind numbingly dull side quests. Super predictable Bioware patterned quests. Repeat, side quests sucked balls after doing 3 or 4. The ones that tied in to the main story were neat though. The whole rogue group doing experiments which was linked to the Thorian stuff was fun. My decisions not having a particularly real impact on the game was also disappointing. Economy was hilariously bad as well. I bought 4 weapons all game (spectre weapons for cracking a million) at like level 32 or so and used them till the end. I maxed out my money at 9,999,999 around 42 or 43 finishing the game at 50.
Good: Dialgoue system great and would have been better if my choices made a bigger difference. Aside from Noveria the story planets were fun. Story from Virmire on was fanfuckingtastic. Reapers!! \m/ Story also ended on a very very good note. I can think of 3 games of all time with satisfying endings (BG2 + ToB, Fallout 1, Fallout 2, ..... ) and now Mass Efffect.
On a scale of utter shit to fanfuckingtastic I deem it 'ok'. With non-crappy combat it could be great and that plus non-crappy sidequests and it would be phenominal. Maybe third time is the charm for bioware and real time combat?

PHOENIX — A Level 3 sex offender who was released from prison in October is being held on $1 million bond after police said he grabbed a little girl from a jungle gym at a downtown Phoenix park and sexually assaulted her, police said.
In a matter of seconds, William Speed, 35, was able to remove his and the girl’s clothing, Derge said.
