I think they added a new theater for each new map...

Yeah, the patch notes seem pretty trivial to warrant that kind of file size. Is this the patch that makes the game not suck?

It was fun. Not as good as COD4 but fun.

Shooting wise, i think MoH Airborne is slightly superior to CoD4. More fun firefights.

I think its way superior. I uninstalled CoD4 after about 2 hours but I plowed through MoHA loving it the whole way

Given the usual complaints about EA's patching practices in the past, it's made me happy to see how they've treated BF2142, C&C3 and MoH:A over the last year or so.

every multiplayer map was altered spawn point wise, so they were all included.

That'll add up quick. First big Q4 patch had updates to every single MP map in the game, plus the new ones, that was hundreds of megs and those things were small, compress well, and used referenced assets. If these maps are using cooked packages, good night.

Airborne started out promising (first two levels) then it went spawn -o-matic with flinch shooting nazis with scopes for eyes. Multiplay was weak and sickly. This 1.3GB must be the snake oil cure all.

            Yes,

I was utterly disappointed with this game when it first came out, and even more so after two months and no good patch. BUT, I am glad they have stuck with it. After playing it, I can honestly say this patch could resurrect the game into what it should have been. Plus, they're working on 1.3 too. I just hope there is enough people who will dust off their game and play online again.

The new and adjusted current spawn points, adjustments to recoil and power in some of the guns, new maps, fixes in connection issues, new server browser functionality and random bug fixes finally give this game a solid multiplayer.

P.S. Adjustments to the maps are why the download is so large....you have to re-download the old ones plus the 2 new ones.
