Last time I played the beta it felt like they were going down the same road as Quake Wars, player mechanics didn’t match up with the speed of the game that well. Who wants to bother with deployables and vehicles when you can just run around the map at warp speeds an use spam weapons like grenade launchers, no real penalty for dying as the capture points were so close together.
Kind of odd that they’re going with the arcade spastic approach to gameplay given their roots in Desert Combat.
