Free Lumines Port Released on PC
by Nick Breckon, Dec 04, 2007 12:43pm PSTQ Entertainment and WildGames have joined forces to bring Tetsuya Mizuguchi's music-based puzzle title Lumines to PC players.
Offered on the applicable WildGames site, Lumines includes five modes of play and an online leaderboard. The game is free to download, with a short ad playing before it launches. The advertising-free version can also be purchased for $20.

Unless it's gotten better over the years. Still, I'm sorry - your software to let me run a game does not get to be in my Control Panerl

Might have worked if the first several WT games weren't total crap. Like some Paul Steed game about a witch running down a tunnel or something.
The other reason, of course, is that WT wants to be Steam - as in, a digital distribution platform.
