Eternal Sonata Developer's Wii RPG Detailed
by Carlos Bergfeld, Nov 21, 2007 11:20am PSTDeveloper Tri-Crescendo has another RPG in the works, this time developed exclusively for Nintendo's Wii console. Details of the title were revealed in this week's issue of Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu and translated by 1up.
Known for the Baten Katos (GCN) series of RPGs and most recently for Eternal Sonata (PS3, X360), Tri-Crescendo's new title takes place in a post-apocalyptic setting, with players taking the role of a young male known as Seto.
The title will make heavy use of a Wii remote-controlled flashlight and other tools collected from fallen foes. According to Famitsu, the title should be retailing next year in Japan, with no North American release date announced as of this time.
