Following an earlier singleplayer demo, a multiplayer demo is now available for the time bending first person shooter TimeShift. The demo is a 1gb download; it's unclear what modes / maps are included.

How to ensure your MP demo fails:

1) do not release a standalone dedicated server package
2) do not include any documentation for server admins to find out how to run a server in dedicated mode
3) do not include any obvious command line options such as /help /? --help -help -? --? +dedicated -dedicated +server -server etc

Between this, the lackluster information provided with crysis, the dodgy BF2142 1.4 update and COD4's ridiculous requirement to store the server's mapcycle file under my docs/my games this has really been a crummy week for professional server admins.

Hey, at least Valve fixed SourceTV for TF2 today!

Anyone have any initial impressions of this before I spend 2 hours downloading it? Since the singleplayer was based entirely on the alter time gimmick, I don't see the multiplayer for this being anything other than a super-generic shooter.
