maybe this is a console thing. but i dont like 3rd person shooters. it just seems unrealistic. you can be hiding behind cover and the camera sees what the enemy is up to.

I really, really want to like this game, but the voice acting is just painfully mediocre. All the gameplay videos with dialog make me cringe, because the words seem well written but horribly delivered. And the bad thing is, the main character is one of the worst offenders! This is one of those times where I think I'd prefer reading text :(

man, i feel stupid, i just now realized that the combat pause menu lets you control the various special abilities of your squad mates, i thought it was just for the person you control. i don't know how many times i've see that screen pop up in all the trailers and crap and NOW i just got it. maybe they've all been so quick to hide i never paid attention to what was in there before.

anyway, can't wait for this.

I used to be a lot more excited about this game, until I saw just how much of a shooter it was going to be. I'll still buy and most likely enjoy it, but I really, really really prefer PC for this type of control. Stupid exclusive platform launches...
