Jackson's Jumper Leaping to Consoles

Brash Entertainment is bringing Jumper to the PS2, Xbox 360, and Wii. But what is a Jumper? Not to be confused with the PlayStation rabbit relic Jumping Flash!, Jumper is an upcoming film by 20th Century Fox starring former Jedi Samuel L. Jackson and Hayden Christensen (Star Wars: Episode II, Real Kids Real Adventures). You can check out the brilliant trailer for the Doug Liman-directed project at this link. "Jumpers, people with a genetic anomaly that enables them to teleport themselves instantaneously to anywhere on the globe, have existed for centuries," says this riveting synopsis. "An age-old battle rages between the Jumpers and the Paladins, a clandestine organization set on eliminating them from the planet." The Jumper game will expand on the movie's story, following a guy named Griffin, a "battle-hardened Jumper determined to avenge the death of his parents at the hands of the Paladins." The title hits stores on Febuary 12, three days ahead of the film's blockbuster release.
