Welcome to the 90s.
I ran it at 1680x1050, Everything turned up to maximum. This is the worst looking RTS that I have seen in the past 3 years easily. What were they even thinking putting garbage like this out? The textures are horribly disgusting. The models are so mediocre it makes me want to cry, the effects are all subpar. Do the devs even know that games like Warcraft 3, CoH, or World in conflict exist?
Im really just stunned....Not only did it look like complete ass, it ran slow as shit. Scrolling felt like dragging my mouse through molasses, all the units were slow to respond to orders, the pathing was horrible (I found some neutral base on the first mission, with every soldier, miner, and engineer crowded around the town hall, I sent my guys past the village, and they all got stuck in the middle of their guys...)
For reference I ran this on a X6800, 8800 GTX, with 2GB of ram.
Now graphics don't make everything obviously, but the gameplay was boring and unimaginative. After games like CoH and WiC, why in the fucking hell is a group of 6 guys taking out my "Heavy Tank" with "super armor upgrade". Really? My super tank is being raped by their pea shooters? Alright...
I want this game to please just go away. They should be ashamed of themselves for making this. I hope nobody buys it.
