Does this mean the NDA is up?

No. The NDA pertains to the multiplayer beta.

When does the NDA on the beta end?

3 weeks after the games release. In fact everyone who buys a release copy is implicitly signing an NDA, to prevent them from talking to new perspective customers.

yeah no way. because all the reviews of the game and shit would be void. theres no way that can be true. maybe on paper, but unenforceable.

when does it actually matter? the only reason people care is because they might get banned, but legally it's all horseshit anyway. if you can't be traced from here you might as well talk about it.

For anonymous beta testers, it basically comes down to common decency. The NDA will likely be lifted a few days before the game ships. Why not just play the singleplayer demo and find out about multiplayer stability when its actually in its final state?

I will play the demo, d/l'ing now... I just find the NDA stuff in this case the most extreme I've ever seen it.
