Smash Bros. Brawl Officially Delayed in U.S.
by Carlos Bergfeld, Oct 11, 2007 10:58am PDTFollowing the Japanese delay for the game announced at Nintendo's Conference 2007 Fall, Smash Bros. Brawl's (Wii) North American release has been pushed to February 10, 2008. Nintendo senior marketing VP George Harrison announced the delay for the Nintendo brawler today during a media summit in San Francisco. The setback pushes the game more than two months past its original pre-holiday release date of December 3. Japanese gamers will get to enjoy the game two weeks earlier than U.S. gamers on January 28--the newly set Japanese release date for the game.
