So if you use the Dallas FileShack server you should hopefully see a bit of an improvement in speed on that thing as we've done a pretty major change in systems back there. We're hoping to see some even more sassy improvements around the turn of the month. We think you guys will be pleased.

Lastly, go get Prime3 for your Wii already! What the hell are you doing!?!?

I hate careerbuilder.com. It is worthless. I don't know why I keep reposting my resume there. All I ever get are ads for extras for movies and telemarketing. Monster is not much better and the university job placement process is just as bad.

I'm going for my Master's of Instructional Tech. I'd like to get into a position that I can do some teaching in front of people for experience. I've worked a tech position with video conferencing at the university for the past 5 years, so I have that end more than covered. I've got Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop down (not hard to learn, I know). I need to brush up on Excel (which I will be doing this semester). Access, I just have to sit down and learn it. Never had to use it before. I have basic knowledge of Flash and Fireworks.

I'd like to get into teaching apps. There are a few companies around the area that do this. There's one literally down the road from my house. Should I just walk in with my resume and ask for a job or shoot them an email? I can't quit the university job because it's paying for school. However, I am sooooooo tired of retail and I need something that I can use later on for work. So, the question is: Where should I post my resume so I can get real leads on real jobs? and, Should I just stop at places and hand them my resume and ask for a job?
