My thoughts, in convenient list-sized format:

The good:
Meryl kicking ass! And she seems pissed at Snake for some reason. Leaving her to die perhaps?
Johnny is back! W/ a bit of a nostalgic moment too
Good to see Olga's kid taking part in this - also it firmly plants this as 8ish years after MGS2
It looks like everything actually has a chance of tying up nicely
Rex vs. Ray! :D

The bad:
Naomi sounds less hot w/o the same accent.
The Boss isn't dead? WTF she's got to be 85+ years old. She fought in D-Day (while pregnant no less) for christ's sake and MGS4 takes place in the 2010's. She should've stayed dead.
There was no making fun of Raiden.
My Quicktime full screen view now shows that stupid player bar all the time. Nothing to do with the MGS4 trailer but it's pissing me off.

The WTF?
A Monkey drinking a Coke? Really? I guess it's not that wierd in the scheme of things though...
And a Chris Tucker-ish arms dealer stereotype? Reaaally?
