Following last night's announcement of the PlayStation 3's rumbling DualShock 3 controller--which arrives in Japan this fall, then North America and Europe next spring--SCEA has issued a lengthy list of all current and upcoming titles that will support vibration functionality in North America and Europe.

Already-released titles such as Evolution Studios' MotorStorm, Insomniac Games' Resistance: Fall of Man, Housemarque's Super Stardust HD, Ninja Theory's Heavenly Sword, and Incognito's Warhawk will be updated with rumble support through online patches. It's sad that they want me to get excited about them putting rumble back in when it never should have been taken out in the first place. I'm supposed to be like "Awesome! Sony Rocks!"

I agree. Lack of rumble is a big reason (along with Xbox Live) that I prefer Xbox 360 versions of multi-platform games.
Next they will want us to cream our pants because they incorporate something similar to 'achievements.'

I'm just ticked at how long it's going to take to get here. Spring 2008? That's a long time to wait to buy a controller. ;)

I agree, it's bullshit. Sony is going to get beat down during the holiday season.
