In before, "You think Crysis has motion blur? Check this shit out."

Looks good though. A pretty impressive engine they have going on. I'm very interested to see some video.

I would of assumed it uses the Crysis engine?

I get the impression Crytek has no intention of dealing with Ubisoft anymore. From what I've heard they weren't too thrilled with the console portfest Ubisoft took with the original Far Cry.

Stupid way to dilute and shit up a brand on their part.

Ah OK thanks I missed all that stuff, yeah this engine does look pretty good then at least from screens.

heh, up till now I'd always thought of Crysis as being Far Cry 2. I didn't know Ubisoft now owns the Far Cry IP and is working on FC2.

No. Crytek hasn't had no business with Far Cry or Ubisoft since the original PC version.

Ubisoft's Far Cry 2 uses their own engine.

well they had use of cryengine1 and it looks they just added stuff to it. there's no way that's a real proprietary engine in such a short time.

It is their own 'real' proprietary engine. It's called Dunia (which means Earth or world in Swahili, because their game is "wide open").
