I haven't been keeping up with this one. Am I wrong in saying that's it's basically a take off of the Company of Heroes model set in modern day instead of WWII? That could be fun if so.

    This is true. Its very Ground Control. COH has a way bigger infantry and unit vs unit tactics focus where as WiC is more about squads of vehicles working as a team to out-do the enemy.
