Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts Preview

Boy, they sure think highly of themselves over there at relic, don't they?

Oh, HELL YEAH.

I am *SO* excited for this.

Even moreso than SC 2.

I went and played a couple other RTS recently (C&C3, Supcom), and I'm glad I did cause they were fun, but they both left me feeling like something was missing. C&C3 devolved into a spam fest, and Supcom while awesome, left me feeling like I was playing with dots. Every time I come back to CoH, I realize how superior the game is to anything out there. God I hope they shore up their online system. If they took the online features of Supcom with the game of CoH...perfect package.

As for Starcraft 2, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited as hell, but it sure doesn't look that great. I'm sure they will execute perfectly, but I wish they pushed the envelope a little bit more. If Relic announces a Dawn of War 2 in the CoH engine before Stacraft 2 comes out...that will be fun to see.
