New NVidia 7 & 8 Series Drivers

NVidia has finally released new XP drivers for 7 series cards. The 94.24 drivers are available here. In addition, the 158.22 8 series drivers are also out enabling TurboCache. You can grab those in 32bit and 64bit flavors.

These drivers don't come up when you select the 7 series and XP at the download page, so is this an unofficial release or what?

Now if only they'd release some 7 Series Vista drivers.

All the Vista releases are mainly aimed at 8 series. The single reason I keep thinking about switching back to XP is underwhelming Nvidia drivers.

Having to switch back and forth between the stock Vista drivers and the latest Nvidia release in order to play certain games is annoying. At least you don't have to restart when you switch video drivers.

Isn't that already supported automatically, though? I'm pretty sure you could do it with AGP. Did that change with PCIE? Am I just on crack?
