I didn't much care for RtCW or RtCW:ET, but I think that id may have something as longevous as BF1942 here. I think that the Strogg were always one of the enemy races that could have used the most backstory and explanation- I actually was intrigued by their society, culture, and methods of warfare, not just by blowing them up. Like the Borg in Star Trek, they merit further study solely becasue they're so innovative in their uses of technology. I have this morbid, possibly fetishistic desire to ask if they have philosophers, why and when they became a race of cyborgs, and whether they even have a culture anymore.
I also want to shoot cool guns, drive walkers, and curbstomp people online.
