Late Night Consoling
by Chris Faylor, May 02, 2007 9:39pm PDT- EA has revealed the first details of an upcoming mini-game collection developed by EA Canada for the Wii and DS, currently known as EA Playground. According to an IGN interview with executive producer Dave McCarthy, the simplistic mini-games--meant to recreate popular playground activities--are designed around each console's capabilities, with the Wii Remote's lending itself to gesture-based games like Dodge Ball and Tetherball. Meanwhile, Bug Hunt uses the DS' touch screen and Spit Balls utilizes the portable's built-in microphone. McCarthy also mentioned an RC car racing mini-game to be included in the Wii version. IGN lists EA Playground for a Q3 2007. More details, including an official announcement of the game, are expected shortly.

It's called Fracture. when you throw a grenade, the ground around it deforms in some weird water-like way. Seems oddly curious. This could have been in LNC! IT COULD HAVE BEEN IF YOU ONLY BELIEVED!!!!!!!
