      So they expect you to spend it on some heavy plants, pots and soil to decorate your balcony with then? Not the smartest of people are they.

  At my last place the balcony had a big crack in it and they a long time to get around to replacing it. When they did, i don't think they did a very good job, since you could feel floor under the refrigerator (which was right on top of the support they replaced) sagging really bad.
  
  I was convinced that some night I was going to come home to a refrigerator-sized hole in my kitchen.
