Half-Life 2: Episode One Update

The Steam website notes that an update has been released for Half-Life 2: Episode One. It fixes jerky animation in demo recordings, and also takes care of a bug so that the SDK can access Episode One content.

I know it's not the same kind of update, but how about an update on Episode 2? like, when are they gonna effing stop delaying it an bring it out? this is turning into "Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk" here. Sam and Max, now that is an episodic game that actually delivers on time.

As much as the delay saddens me, Valve hasn't disappointed me. Also, I haven't played the Sam & Max, but I've read that a lot of the content repeats itself a bit much -- perhaps proof that their episodes come too quickly.

what adventure game didn't repeat locations? You always go back to your office lots in detective games, i dunno what peoples problems with the repeating locals are...

I heard the jokes and a lot of content repeat -- not just locals (those make sense actually). I'm more curious about whether it's true or not. I'm not trying to argue from a point of ignorance.
