Lionsgate Nabs Kane & Lynch Movie Rights
by Maarten Goldstein, Feb 13, 2007 5:22am PSTAccording to this report by Variety, Lionsgate has acquired the rights to create a movie based on the upcoming Eidos published action game Kane & Lynch: Dead Men. The production team for the movie will include Adrian Askarieh and Daniel Alter, who are also producing the Hitman (another Eidos property) movie for 20th Century Fox. There's no word as to when we can expect to see the movie. The game itself is due out later this year on Xbox 360 and PC.

I really hope they make it Heat-esque.
The game looks great and this could be the first video game movie that is half-decent.
