New BioShock Screenshots

As much as I enjoyed System Shock 2, I mean I LOVED System Shock 2, I don't know, I just really don't care for the whole retro sci-fi type underwater thing going on in this game. It really doesn't appeal to me. I so which they had gone with a "modern" sci-fi theme. I'll buy the game for sure, but I just don't think I'm going to like it as much as SS2. I hope I'm wrong. In fact, I hope I'm pleasantly surprised because my expectations are so low.

Why does everyone thing this game is going to be so awesome though? Because it's Irrational Games? They sure as shit fucked up Tribes, and SWAT was mediocre at best. Tribes Vengeance fucking SUCKED IMO. SUUUUUCKED. I just CANNOT believe how much they fucked up Tribes. Fucking TRIBES. It was about 200,000,000 steps backwards from Tribes 2 and T2 was a fucking awesome game. They RUINED the Tribes franchise. RUINNNNED It's over and we'll never get another game. It's fucking buried and GONE FOREVER. Really. The franchise has been DESTROYED. T2 got a fucking sequel, but it's over now. Why? Because of Irrational Games. Fitting name. Let's take a game that's known and cherished for its multiplayer and make it into a fucking STUPID singleplayer game with shitty multiplayer. The whole story in Vengeance is so fucking stupid. I mean STUPID. My brain actually disintegrated while playing the game. Irrational Games? I think so.

Huh, the PC version is listed as $10 cheaper than the 360 at GS.

Any chance of a pre-release demo?

It would be nice if the news articles could be marked with the appropriate pc/console icon. Just a thought.

Have the textures been downgraded and lost some shadder effects? Oh man not another game to fall to this fate. Still looks cool just the screens seem to looze quality just before launch (like most games). Any body compare the Lost Planet Demo to the final version, if not its worth looking into for weirdness.

I wish they would release a new walkthrough video like the first one they released, especially one showing off the combination of plasmids.

This game looks like a lot of fun. The graphics have kind of a washed-out look to them though for some reason?
