Would love to hear DICE's opinions on KAOS studio's upcoming "FrontLines: Fuel of War". These are the former folks of Trauma Studios and creators of the immensely popular Desert Combat mod for Battlefield 1942.

DICE/EA bought them up, raped them for all they were worth and tossed them to the curb. Now they are back with a vengance with FrontLines based on the Unreal 3 engine.

This looks like it will completely smoke BF2+BF2142. There is nothing I would enjoy more than seeing this rubbed in the faces of the EA/Dice folks responsible for the demise of Trauma and DC.

Congrats to Frank for keeping his crew together and rising from the ashes! Good luck with wrapping up the project and getting it on the shelves!

ps - please include CTF! =)

This is not the DICE you're looking for.

What does Frontlines have going for it that will smoke BF2/2142? I don't know anything about it...but I loved the BF games. So I'm interested to know what's so hot. (Though off the top I'm hoping UE3 will bring more stability and flexibility engine side.)
