I loved the original PC version of Red Faction. It was great. Then when RF2 came out. I bought the PC version since I'm a big Volition fan, only to realize that it was the bastard version.
Volition is such a great developer of some Sci-Fi IP's and THQ just has them making the Punisher game (Which was fun, but not great) and GTA clones. There are more than enough mediocre developers that can handle that. Why don't they let Volition actually pump out something great like their past games.

There's not necessarily gonna be an RF3, it was just some THQ bloke saying old favourite franchises like RF could easily be picked up again.
