Galactic Civilizations II: Dark Avatar Golden

We received a press release, announcing that Galactic Civilizations II: Dark Avatar has gone gold. The expansion will be available in stores (as the $39.99 Galactic Civilizations II: Gold Edition bundle) and through TotalGaming.net (just the expansion for $29.99) February 14.

Wow, that's a shitty marketing model. The only way to buy a retail copy of the expansion is to re-buy the original game?
