Can there ever be a patch where priests don't get a nerf? I'm not even leveling mine anymore. One and a half years of staring at green bars for ungrateful arseholes was enough for me. Just gotta laugh at two patches and three nerfs for the class that has to spec a certain way to effective in endgame. Just delete the class already. Paladins and druids do the job better and bring more to the raid.

I was hoping to see something in here about making Thunderclap work in Defensive stance. It's currently just insanely difficult for a warrior to tank the large numbers of monsters involved in many TBC instances. It's frankly not all that easy to hold aggro against over-eager DPS class on just one monster, let alone on four monsters at once; as it stands now, a warrior basically works fulltime to keep aggro off of the healer, and the DPS classes are left to their own devices.

On the other hand, a druid spams swipe and paladin consecrates.

Does anyone know the math on how a 2% "damage coefficient" reduction affects actual spell damage? Does that mean that the spell's casting time-based multiplier that affects bonus spell damage is reduced by 2%? And does 2% mean 2% of the multiplier's value, or simply subtracting 0.02? If the latter, we're looking at a 10% reduction in the amount of bonus damage that applies to Fireball/Frostbolt, which is a significant nerf, though not crippling. It's probably around 50 damage with my current gear, which makes a big difference in crit ceiling. Oh well.

Also, I would like to know exactly how this interacts with the fire talent that gives extra bonus damage to Fireball.

I don't understand why in the last patch they reduced the mana cost of multi shot and then in this patch they nerfed the 2 talents that improve multi shot. So now multi shot was buffed for non-marks hunters but nerfed for marks hunters? Seems odd to me...

Though I will admit that having 40% chance to crit with multi shot was insane.

All I can say is, thank god for reducing damage on Silencing shot. That's the only necessary change needed.
