Nearly 160 scientists, historians, public intellectuals, etc. were asked that question, and here is their responses. It's rather long in totality, but incredibly interesting and partitioned into bite-sized chunks.

So it's new phone time, my treo 600 just crapped out.
I love my smart phones, and I'm hooked on palms. I'm in an area that probably doesn't any of the high speed networks, and I don't want to pay the monthly costs associated with one (I'm a college student). I'm with Verizon, so the best I can do is the Treo 700p for 400 dollars, which I can pay. I also could buy the Treo 680 unlocked from palm.com for 400 dollars, and get a antennae-less thinner model with bluetooth and purdy colors.
The thing I love about my treo is that I can use the keyboard to start typing any part of a person's name, and it'll start eliminating those that don't match iTunes style. I'm kind of spoiled by this. However, I'm also open to Windows Mobile if it's gotten less buggy and more usable, and am interested in any options that it might provide. However, I'm not sure I could give up having a thumb keyboard.
So, Shack, any experiences or thoughts? Any hot smartphones that have come out recently I should consider?

If you took every single movie every released that got AT LEAST a score of 7.0+ on IMDB, ripped the DVD and threw them on a hard disk... how much space would they take up?
Well I tried to search on IMDB but their search results gave back too many TV shows to have reliable results but it was around 8000 from 1950-2006. Now assuming even half of those were movies, the average DvD rip nowadays is around 1.4 gigs with good quality and around 700 with so so quality.
Higher quality rips would be around 5,400 Gigs.
Lower would be 2,800 Gigs.
Thats definitely doable with a 6 Terabyte raid array. It would be sweet to have a complete movie library playable from XBMC.

Best Buy has an unadvertised promo for a 1yr xbox live subscription card and 1600 marketplace points for $50. Now, if that wasn't awesome enough, you can bring in a Circuit City ad and have them price match the 1yr xbox live subscription card to $40 and still get the 1600 marketplace points card for free.

So what's the actual evidence in the movie that he's a replicant, other than the eyes and the unicorns? Or is that all we have as viewers? Or is it supposed to be purposely ambiguous?

Things I enjoyed:
A darker game all around, less kiddy crap. It definitely felt a bit more grown up. Ganon's death sequence was fucking amazing.
Things I didn't like:
The story is just getting plain old. Playing through the game felt more like a chore than the usual adventure. True, it is way better than wind waker, and the transitioning between two planes felt much better than OOT.
While most of the boss battles were incredible to behold, they all are way too short. Nintendo refuses to move away from the 3 solid hits/combos and then boss is dead. I find this incredibly annoying. Especially when you get to ganon - that goes right out the window - the last sword fight took forever... dunno how many times I him, but damn, he got drilled alot)
I also agree that some of the controls for various aspects of movement were HORRID. In particular, swimming and climbing. Either controls ended up going ass backwards, or were just way to sluggish feeling. I also felt that the horse/boar riding were a little funny. True an animal can't turn on a dime, but I didn't feel that I had proper control and so when I started to turn, many a times, I'd end up stopping and turning around - and then I got whacked by someone's sword/arrow/spear.
I'm also in agreement with what everyone else has stated regarding the shitty MIDI compilations. NEXT GEN = GPO at least... they don't have to go out and have the London symphony perform everything, but c'mon! As far as the dialog being text, meh... but they should've been consistent. If anything is going to talk it should make the same beeps and sighs that all the every character does. Zelda didn't have a voice!! Some other NPCs as well, but I don't remember specifically. Just really stuck out in final cinematics where everyone is gathered around the mirror and everyone's talking and having a gay old time - cept Zelda... she must've been using her telepathy apparently.
I agree with many here that LTTP is still the best Zelda. I've never taken well to the 3d incarnations of the series, call me old school, but that's the Zelda that I know and remain faithful to. All in all TP is a step above OOT and way ahead of what wind waker tried to be.
Overall I'd give it a B or B-

Nineteen years after chasing down the Holy Grail in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade," Harrison Ford will return to the big screen in the character of the globe-trotting archeologist in May 2008.
Producer George Lucas and director Steven Spielberg confirmed details of the project Monday after Lucas tipped off the media to Indiana Jones' imminent return as he prepared to serve as grand marshal of the Rose Parade in Pasadena.
Although he has been developing other projects, including a biopic about Abraham Lincoln with Liam Neeson attached to star, Spielberg has decided the "Indiana Jones" sequel will be his next directorial outing. Helping Spielberg choose his next directing commitment had been a primary goal of new DreamWorks CEO Stacey Snider (HR 6/23).
Awesome.

Tried the Play the Fay Trial (5 GB download!) and from the first moment you start up the game it just hits you like a sledgehammer: Could they present the wouldbe player with a worse first impression if they tried? WTF were they thinking. It's so ugly and unintuitive.

I had mixed feelings about it on launch, but a few patches (which have been regular, and significant) and the expansion helped a lot for fixing the quirks that bothered me about it
Beyond that however, an incredible 250 page full color and highly detailed fan manual is what pushed it from 'pretty but ok' to 'a heck of a lot of fun'
The hero skill system is entirely haphazard unless you know how it works, as are many other aspects of the game, but once they're exposed (in a manual that should have been with the game in the first place), it's much more enjoyable to play
Grab them here (in any language you care to read :P)
http://www.heroesofmightandmagic.com/heroes5/game_manuals.shtml
The latest patch is 1.4 (or 2.0 for the expansion), which has a very annoying bug with the Inferno town (dying gated stacks and occasionally the Mark of the Damned can cause crashes), so be aware of that if you're trying to tackle the single player campaign. You can revert to 1.3 to get past that part easily enough.
1.5/2.1 (expansion) is due sometime this month, with yet more improvements. They may be adding customization to duel mode, which lets you pick heroes and just have a tactical battle (quite a lot of fun actually, and they added 3x3 mode, which lets you pick three armies and swap them as they are defeated)
I still have a few issues with the game, but the hero skill system and tactical combat are just flatly superior to the other heroes games (and a lot of other similar tbs games as well). Plus, the graphics are beautiful and the music is as nice as always (same composers!). With the release of the map editor, there are now new maps being created for it regularly, and with the expansion at least, plenty of scenarios as well as a massive number of campaign maps.

q{x360}q 2 million
Wii 1.8 million
ps3 0.75 million
Any ideas what the totals are now? Also, the ps3 apears to have sold more than the x360 did this time last year ( http://www.gamesindustry.biz/content_page.php?aid=14119 )

10 days at my parent's house on my mom's 7 year old Dell which never gets rebooted and has 900,000 useless programs and spyware running, an assy satellite net connection and a shitty 15 inch CRT. It took about 2 minutes to load a chatty on the Shack and most of the time it would error out before loading halfway.
Using that PC was very :( but now I'm :) again.
