Mod of the Year Awards

Even if you haven't played enough to vote, it's a nice way to find some new mods that you might've missed out on.

I know Silent Hunter III wasn't really a blockbuster, and the previous Grey Wolves Supermod 1.1 (which was also excellent in both quality and content) was "only" downloaded 20,000 or so times, but I've never seen a mod, an expansion so extensive and I really think it would deserve to be on that list.
