Looks like a high-tech Ghost Recon or Blackhawk Down...The weapon mechanics and physics look NICE! (I also like the huge weapon selection illustrated at the start of the gameplay trailer):

It's a great idea, and the graphics are superb, i only hope the inexperience of the devs and their small team won't be a handicap.
