I'm sure we'll see LOD pop, but I don't think that the video is a good indication of how it will be. Zoomed in shots when the system is taxed out, well.. that makes sense that it'd be really obvious in such a situation. In normal gameplay, though, and when not taxed by something like FRAPS, I'm guessing it won't be noticeable or an issue.
