New Far Cry Patch Released
by Maarten Goldstein, Oct 03, 2006 9:12am PDTUbisoft sends along a new Far Cry patch, updating version 1.33 of the game to version 1.4 (a patch to update the retail version is available as well). The new update mostly offers multiplayer related changes and fixes, but it also includes remakes of assault maps and adds joypad support.

The patch has been created for multiplayer only, so the single player campaign is not getting affected.

i started playing Far Cry last night (i know im late) and when i run around and stuff i am getting a lot of pop-in tress and the like. there any way to fix this?

Is it just a few layout or pathing changes, or something more drastic?
(And I used the co-op mod to play with my friend. Yes, extremely broken...but yes...EXTREMELY fun.)
