Who the hell put that together?

Crappy metal and a horrible selection of clips. I like the guy standing in front of the alien gunner doodad taking enough hits to end a small village. Previous clips I've seen looked ok...but this looks like a $20 bargain-bin shooter.

Are they ever going to release this? This is one of those games that has lost a lot of what made it special as time goes on. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is in this group too.

Mna that looks like shit. I was really looking foward to this before I saw that video...

Needs more jetpacks and disc launchers. That honestly didn't look very fun but who knows.

Is this going to tank like Auto Assault?

Standing still a few feet away from your opponent and exchanging a shitload of shots does not make for exciting-looking combat. It reminds me a lot of Star Wars Galaxies and Neocron in that respect.

I was hoping for something more like Planetside or World War II Online (I know, I know, it's terrible), as in actual shootery gameplay that requires some skill from the user. I'm used to the old dice-rollin' fantasy RPG conventions, but it stands out awkwardly when people are grilling each other with futuristic firearms and stuff.

I hope Huxley and Age of Conan live up to some of their claims. (Which is not to suggest that the makers of Tabula Rasa made any claims about the combat that they're not meeting. I think it was always clear that they were leaning more toward the standard RPG crowd and their glacial reflexes. :P )

I'm dying to check out the beta for this. A Sci-Fi MMOG whose combat is realtime/hybrid, whose visuals don't look like shit, isn't based on the incredbly overrated Star Wars IP and is geared towards western tastes.

I'll take one.

YIPPIE! More boring, bleak sci fi with humans vs. aliens! Complete with crappy metal soundtrack!

Maybe its just me but i liked what i saw in that video.

Not sure if it will be fun yet though.
