I guess that's why they wanted the Halogen mod shut down.

Maybe they'll finally let us use a mouse. I still don't like the controller for Halo, but an RTS with a controller?

BFMEII was actually surprisingly playable on the 360, hopefully they can come up with an even better control scheme for Halo Wars, although it still likely won't be as good as kb+m

yeah, that's the thing, as good as BFMEII implemented an RTS on a console, it still sucks and begs for mouse+kb.

Nope, no mouse, not ever. It really doesn't work for the ten foot experience. It's not a PC - certain game genres are just best played on the PC, and perhaps something altogether new and exciting will come out of adapting an established genre (RTS games) to a console. It will be different, but it will probably be fun.

In short, let's not try to make something newer (a console) act just like something older and more established (a PC). That's not interesting, and at the end of the day, it wouldn't result in a better game on the console. It also doesn't work too well in the opposite direction - think of the recent PC games that almost require a game controller to play them - is it really a unique and worthwhile experience to buy that game for the PC instead of a console?

It'd be cool they implement some form of voice control, I remember news of how MS is licensing this technology which allows for better voice recognition in 360 games.

The last Xbox game I played with voice control was either GR2 or RS3 and they handled pretty well.
