I once saw Logan\'s Run on Turner Movie Classics (TMC) and I was totaly shocked when I realized it hadn\'t been edited. All those shots where the director thought \"Hey this scene needs a bare breast for the hell of it\" were in there. I was so proud. I laughed, I cried, I was so disapointed when it was edited the next time it was on.

I\'m 19 and I\'ve heard of and seen logans run. It has been on TNT many times...but for the full effect must be seen on premium cable or on video since cable tv edits out some cool parts.

At the time, I like Battlestar Galactica better than Star Wars. The ship design was great and \'Lucifer\' ruled! I hope that the upcoming major motion picture (remake) does it justice ~ hell, I even had the \'Space Glow\' putty (kinda like luminescent Silly Putty...)

Anyone making 800MHz chips yields a few at 1Ghz. I wonder if we\'ll see AMD respond to Intel with some PR hype of their own about their 1GHz aircooled cpu. AMD of course would be able to deliver though. doh.

Logan\'s Run was made a year after I was born which means I\'ll be recycled in 6 years unless I follow Logan\'s example and upset the status quo! :)

It isn\'t a role playing game. the Sims is more of an electronic version of a science experiment. It really does play like Creatures except with humans. I can relate to this more. When a Sim gets overjoyed from watching TV, I understand that. In Creatures, they would get overjoyed over...well.. anything. Its fun in a Sim City kinda way.

Yes, The Sims is very nice. One of the few products that lived up to the hype. I have a long review/first look posted in the forums at gonegold.com and on comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.strategic newsgroup.

#32, trust me Intel is in just for the money. Remember RIMMS are so damn expensive! You can forget about upgrading this year. That\'s why I am getting two 700E processors and replacing my old Pentium II 450s and do a REAL upgrade in 2001 ( A Space Odyssey ). Trust me on this, Intel wants EVERYONE to use RIMMS no more PC-100 no more PC-133 no more PC-266. RIMMS DAMN IT RIMMS! with RIMMS being so rare they are going bananas because of AMD :) Other computer companies are looking for AMD for their high speed needs, Intel doesn\'t like that at all :). Plus they have those processors ready to go :) If AMD wasn\'t around you will still be at Pentium III 550 land. They did release an Intel I815 for those PC-100,PC-133 users. But it won\'t last long :( The I840 is going to be the king for intel. I am not a big fan of Intel, but I want 100% compatibility and I MUST spend that great amounts of money just so I won\'t have AGP conflicts etc etc etc. I had a terrible experiece with the AMD-K6-2 300 and I will never get an AMD processor till they are 100% compatibility. Some people don\'t have conflicts, some do. I know some who will only get AMD and some who will get only Intel. I am one of those bastards who must get Intel :(

I\'ll hit 33 in a few months. I can still remember watching Streets of San Fransisco and Starsky and Hutch, when they were weekly episodes. Sheesh, I\'m older than Sesame Street!
