Sounds like portal will be an unlock on completeing Ep2 - they don't want spoilers for the Ep2 plot, but it is tied in.

My guess is that they would have a lot more people finishing the Episode if they did it that way.

All I can think is how fricking cool it is that those students got their final project turned into a job and game at Valve. Good for them.

I thought the interview with the developers was pretty nice.
But what left me with a little pain in my heart was Robin Walker (hell, he looks.... chubby =) said "We won't ship TF2 until we're happy with it". Ugh. I hope they're happy now!

Anyway, I'm definitly buying Ep2 with Portal and TF2. If it ends up 20$ that's a real bargain and well worth the fun for Singleplayer as well as multiplayer.
