Man, I loved the City Builder games. I loved what Tilted Mills did with Children of the Nile, too, but a lot of the complaints that players had were valid. Hopefully they've tackled them with Caesar IV.

The diary, harkening back to the CB games, is reassuring.

    I did not, in fact. I'm one of the people who was unable to get it to run. I considered fiddling with things until it was working properly, but I think I'd rather wait until I can play a release version, where this issue is hopefully resolved.
    
    Yeah, I know that's just asking for disappointment and all.
