Play The BF2142 Demo Early

According to the official Battlefield 2142 website, people who use the EA Downloader to preorder the game will be able to play the game's demo 24 hours before everyone else. Preordering will become possible in September. Thanks Blues News.

This just in! Weapons from BF2142 will be unlockable in BF2 for paying customers! The plasma nade can take out an entire city block! This way the only people who would want to play BF2 would be people who already own BF2142! Genius!

Well, they just closed the public beta, only a limited amount of spots it seems. I did send the info to several game news sites, but never got it posted in time.

I bet anyone who blocks the ad content servers will be banned from playing too. So now EA makes $60 for each game and then continues making money for every hour we play?
