It hurt going back and playing Battlefield 2 after playing this game. It's just so much better than BF2 at this point.

Yep, it's in the game. It wasn't being used during the Quakecon demo (nor was the Solo Assignment system) but those are in the game and working.

I think it was either in the Q&A session or modding session, but they definately said VOIP was in there.
