Anyone know of a nice web based ticketing (work tracking) system? I'd like to get something running for my office that division secretaries could access and add tickets to as well as something each of us 3 techs could look at and see what needs to be done.
Open Souce/free software is a requirement.
I just don't have any experience with any of the packages and would like some input on what other people are using.

You can nab the Xbox 360 Premium for $322+Tax at Dell Small Business.
1. Head over to Ebay and purchase a 20% off coupon. They are $3 'shipped'.
2. Call Dell SB @ (1-877-816-3355) and order part # A0561448. It's not available on the Dell SB site, and if you call and ask for an Xbox 360, they will transfer you to their home department, erroneously thinking they don't have it.
Shipping should be free. I just got one for $337+3 for the eBay purchase, totaling $340. I hear you can also get some Xbox 360 accessories for 20% off, but I just purchased the system itself

I'm one of those people that likes to focus on one objective at a time. That's why I like FPS games, and occasionally games where you can control one tight group of characters. This running the camera all over the map all the time is just confusing and exhausting. I can't keep all the information straight in my head!
The other thing is, when I win an RTS game, I don't understand why I won. It just feels like I got lucky. Like I somehow accidentally built enough dudes and they just happened to be in the right place at the right time. It's not a concrete, satisfying feeling. I think that's also because the flow of an RTS game is too much like a teeter-totter. Everybody starts off on a level playing field, but within a few minutes one person clearly has the advantage and keeps pulling further and further ahead. There aren't a whole lot of amazing comebacks, because it's just not a genre that's prone to that. I think I'm more of a fan of games where everybody's on a level playing field throughout the game. Where, if you make a mistake, you lose some points but you're right back at the same competitive level in moments. I wonder if it would be possible to make an RTS game like that. The FPS equivalent of an RTS...
Oh well, anybody else share my frustration with the RTS genre?
