- Some new screenshots of the Future vs Fantasy Quake3 mod have surfaced on their homepage. It's a few shots of the new weapons. - WarCTF for Quake3 has been released on the TeamWar website. It's pretty similar to L-Fire CTF for Quake2. No need for clients to download anything, it's server side only. - A new version of Q3Log is available for those of you who run Quake3 servers and wanna generate some statistics. v0.93 - A strategy guide for the ping impaired is up on Technocracy.(Thanks Blue) If you're on a dialup (which it looks like around 30% according to the poll) check it out.

In a tournament match there is not a whole lot of sound going on, therefore you must listenfor your opponents footsteps to make sure he doesn\'t sneak up on you. Likewise, he will be listening to you. What if you aren\'t walking though? What if you are on a hoverboard or hover skates? Well, my friend, then you won\'t be making any footsteps. Therefore, in 1v1 matches you should choose a non-walking model such as Anarki or Slash\"
