WoW Character Transfer Options Increased

Following the initial announcement of character transfers in World of Warcraft, Blizzard has now increased the number of servers from which players can transfer characters as well as increased the number of servers to which players can transfer characters. According to the WoW homepage, eight new source realms were added: Burning Blade, Durotan, Earthen Ring, Elune, Laughing Skull, Lothar, Medivh, and Shadow Moon. The number of destination realms was also increased by eight.

sounds to me like WoW is beginning to slow down, this would explain this action by blizzard; trying to keep some people around by allowing them to switch servers

i bet the next thing that will happen is that some servers will become deserted and eventually shutdown

slowly paving the way for WoS or WoD :)
