screw all you haters. BF2 is one of the best games ever made, despite it's problems.

BF2142 is going to ownzor as well. Should be really cool to fly up and be ejected in a pod, landing on their ship and opening fire. How cool will that be?

But you are always sure to add features that no one in the community wants, needs, or even cares about.

I finally just stopped playing BF2 altogether a few months ago. It got boring as hell. 2142 doesn't really seem to bring anything new on board that would re-spark my interest in the franchise. I wish the Desert Conflict guys would hurry up -- I want less endless walking around and more armored vehicle combat.

I'm serious here - this should be the first game to have civilian NPC's running around. Where you'd have to use radar and visual identification to detect them? And an accidental kill of one would reduce your points (like in a CS Hostage round). I just think it's kind of stale to be running around this huge environment and there's no natives?

P.S. This post is provided in "beta" form and is not supported, as I've been drinking this afternoon.
