This game looks like EQ 2.5. It might be fun but this video shows pretty much nothing about the game and doesn't really look that great. It is low res though. The particle effects are kind of bland looking too.

There is no hud shown and only brief bits of combat.

Hate judging a book by its cover but there just isn't anything else in this video to judge.
