One example is scene 4 from the article. The barrels...they're fine barrels and probably look great in the environment that the artist built them for...but they don't belong in that scene.
Another problem is the physical size to bitmap resolution mismatch. It's the easiest way to make scenes feel good or feel awkward.
They do both of those things everywhere and it makes their environments feel flimsy. It's a shame because their art isn't bad at all.

1) I loved WoWarcraft, but I felt it lacked in the whole war thing. PvP and battlegrounds was fun, but it wasn't an intergral part of the game.
2) Knows NOTHING about the Warhammer universe. Only that it looked really cool to get into, but could never justify the retarded cost of the pewter figurines.

If Mythic has learned from their mistakes with DAoC, then WAR will be a truly great game. It has the potential to be for RvR combat what was is to PvE combat.
