James Bond & Quake3

In addition to the Alice project, they are working on a James Bond 'World is Not Enough' title utilizing id Software's technology. EA has a few more Quake3 licenses under their belt as well, here's a bit from the press release:
Electronic Arts (EA) will use the engine to develop several games, including the highly anticipated James Bond title The World is Not Enough, based on the blockbuster theatrical film and the tantalizing American McGee's Alice(TM). Both titles are in development for separate releases later this year. Additional EA games that will utilize the revolutionary technology will be announced at a later date. <snip>

Ok I understand that minors should not be exposed to all that stuff... But last time there was one, posting rules where put up and (mostly) adhered to. I figured that people are seeing the BOTD, and are doing other anon (look at #15) postings of the stuff...
As for me, what do you consider a minor? I happen to be old enough so that insurance rates are actually going down for me... :-)
