Looks great, but there's no way I'm believing that's fully real-time.

I'm sure it was rendered out with the game engine, but I don't see that being captured straight off a PC. Too flawless.

I would assume its all about geting the right deal with they retain their IP on all fronts. As well as their creative freedom. Perhaps they are working on getting the publisher to also allow them to offer a digital version also. But your most likely right. they are just looking for a proper non theft contract. which is rare now a days. But I do hope they get it.

I gotta say. If this game turns into Stalker (i.e. Looks good now, but gets delayed so much that by the time it comes out it looks average or below average) I'll be one sad panda.
