I installed, no starforce drivers... if you do have them they probably came from Trackmania Nations, that's where I had them from before I removed them. IIRC uninsalling trackmania didn't get rid of starforce

I played the demo on X360 and I went from high interest to stay far, far away until it drops to $20, a least.

For anyone that is actually curious and not deciding to blindly go with "ZOMG UBISOFT STARFORCE'D!", there is no trace of Starforce on my machine after installing this.
