1. Is there anywhere like a bank that I can store goods and return for them at a later point in time?
2. Is there anyway to keep track of which alchemical potions you have made, for instance if I wanted to make a certain potion I have made before, is there a reference that stores all the potions you've made so you can easily look up and create them instead of playing a guessing game?
3. Any possible way to arrange your inventory items into a likable order?
4. Why do merchants suck when you want to sell them something? Ignoring disposition, merchantile, etc... It seems all the merchants in Imperial City only carry around 1200 gold at MAX. When I loot an item with a base gold value of 3,000, I want 3,500.. not 800 gold. Is there a secret to this or some other city I should visit to sell my stuff, because I don't want to be losing gold like this.

There was some orc in a town being a jerk to me for no good reason, anyway I followed him around town and noticed he eats around 8pm gametime in his house every night, so I picked his pocket and placed the apple in his inventory then I went to his house before he got home that night and stole all the food from his house. He comes home that night and wanders around for a bit then sits in his chair and dies. Assuming he ate the apple because it wasn't on his corpse. Pretty funny. The AI stuff in this game is rather cool and surprises you many times.

But what difference in the long run, does your skills and charecter type play?
I created a weird custom class, that i like thus far... but its a little different
(nord:Warrior (sign):Blunt, Heavy, Armorer, Sneak, Speechcraft, restoration, Conj)
And what im seeing thus far, is that i hit really hard with my 2h mace (like 2 shot non-sneak kills) but healing is a joke, due to the health i have, and fireballs are nice. Im concerned that im missing something.
Note to foes: Don't mess with a female monk with bloody fucking hands.

just find any Oblivion gate, make it to the very top and quicksave right before you grab the Sigil stone. when you get a sigil stone it will have a random enhancement for weapons and armor. If you dont get a enhancement you like simply quickload and try again. i got one that has Absorb health +15 on strike and i made a kickass Elvish long sword with some serious life leech. everything i attack now does massive damage while keeping my health full. and i can take out those wil-o-wisps with only a few swings. only bad thing is it cost about 1300 gold to fully recharge.

Pretty much every night I get a crash where my screen goes blank and a sound keeps on repeating (and usually the music plays in the background).
The only way I can stop the program is to physically power my PC off. Anyone else experience this?

Is anyone else getting MASSIVE slowdown whenever another monster - any type - "activates" near them? It doesn't matter if they're in your FOV or not, I can tell when something's chasing me because the framerate has just dropped to single digits.
Generally the game is running okay - at 1024x768, no AA/HDR, it's running at around 20fps outdoors and 50fps indoors. This is on a 3.4ghz with 2G RAM and a 7800GTX though. Does this sound right?

some npc just stole my horse.
it was a good horse to, that one given from the assassins guild quest.

i dont really mind either way on getting it back, but does anyone know how to?
i wasnt given a quest to get it back, so at the moment im assuming the horse has been grinded up and im using it in one of my alchemy experiments.

BUUUUUT... I think I already know the answer here, but what's to stop me from just keeping the sword for the time being and, um, putting it to good use myself? This thing does 11 damage with one hand, which is more than double my current best weapon (and that's a two-hander). Why shouldn't I just keep it safe myself?!

OK so am I understanding this correctly that the game scales in difficulty with your current level? I was kinda taking my sweet time before joining the main storyline, but am I shooting myself in the foot here? Should I not be trying to gain levels & improve skills so much and focus more on the story before it gets too hard?

After rescuing Martin in Kvatch you can talk to a guard and storm the city. You get an escort of 2-5 NPCs at any given time, but their weapons and armor do not scale like the enemies will.
I came back at level 22 to start the quest. I had to fight Spider Daedra, Daedroths, Frost Atronachs, Storm Atronachs, and some Daedra that can summon Clannfear (Vyr..something). My NPC buddies were in leather armor with iron weapons. Needless to say, they didn't last long. This quest had a couple of massive battles, notably one where I had to fight 2 of the Daedra casters, a Spider Daedroth, 2 Storm Atronachs, and 2 Daedroths all at the same time in a room with limited maneuverability. Good thing spellswords with high alchemy rock, or I might have been screwed.

Last night I had "vampire problems" which I posted about.
Anyhow I re-loaded a save game only 30 minutes earlier and it was fine, I had no "vampirism" in my abilities, when I speak to people it doesn't prompt me to "feed" - my eyes are not red, I assumed all was well.
It does say I have one disease I've contracted in the stats page but that's simply "diseases contracted: 1" it doesn't say what.
So I play for like 3 hours tonight and when I go to sleep all these vampire skills are added and I have a bad dream >:(
After every battle with a vampire, I keep checking my stats to try and see if I've contracted it and the diseases was not going from 1 -> 2 so I figured I was clean
SO how do I tell I'm going to turn into a vampire, where can I 100% tell in these damned menu's I have it so I can load a savegame without it.
It's really REALLY annoying - I wish you could turn it off in the options.

I found a way to make money, or rather - other peoples suggestions work
Just use the alchemy bowl in the imperial city go to each vendor and purchase all their 2$ items if you haggle and charm them then mix all the 2$ items into potions - they give you up to 12$ or more for 2 ingredient potions, so making 8$ profit - sometimes less sometimes more - i think it has something to do with your alchemy skill - either way i'm increasing that and making money and surprisingly it's fun
spent the last 60 minutes just wandering around the city doing just that from vendor to vendor and i've gone from 500 gold to 2500 gold - awesome :)
i hope i can make my own spells, instead of just potions eventually.
-Elven Cuirass with 30% Chameleon constant effect
-Elven Greaves with fortify fatigue 45 points
-Elven Gauntlets with Detect Life 85 ft constant effect
-Almost enough Ebony heavy armor to make two full sets (sold it for a shitload, I use light armor)
-At least 5 or 6 Ebony weapons, including a longsword I'm using now
-Some random other stuff, a few hundred gold and some potions
I was level 17 when I did this quest and I imagine the loot scales, but damn that is some nice shit! Perfect loot for a thiefy type like myself.

Saw my first dread zombies tonight. Their regenerating health made it really tough for my marksman ass to take them down. I ended up conjuring a skeleton to keep at them while I recovered stamina.
You sure can rack up the blade skills on those guys though. After a while I stopped using my bow and just went with my shiny ebony sword!

i've come across two small shrines not located on the map (even when i get close). when i touched one, i got a badass looking bounded helmut, while the other shrine produced a suit of armor and double-handed sword, both bounded. although they beat everything else i have by a factor of two, i could not remove them, so i reloaded a previous saved game. however, since they are very powerful and weight nothing, i'm curious to know more
